Each order is carefully created just for you with attention to every detail. Because every item is made to order, production begins shortly after your purchase is confirmed.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

During busy seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.


Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location.

  • United States: 8–15 business days
  • United Kingdom: 6–9 business days
  • European Union: 6–12 business days
  • Canada: 8–15 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–18 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

These delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, local carriers, weather conditions, peak seasons, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery destination and selected shipping method.

From time to time, AEVIA may also offer free shipping promotions on eligible orders.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to become available.


Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by local authorities.

These charges are determined by your country's regulations and remain the responsibility of the customer.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

AEVIA cannot be held responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at hello@theaevia.co. We'll do our best to assist you before production or shipping begins.


Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with trusted production and shipping partners, unexpected delays may occasionally occur.

Delays caused by customs inspections, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances are unfortunately outside our control.

If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact us. We'll be happy to help you investigate your shipment.


Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately depending on production schedules or fulfillment locations.

If this happens, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment where applicable.
