Returns & Refunds
At AEVIA, every product is made especially for you.
Because our items are personalized and created to order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
Please review your personalization details and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, production may have already started, and we will no longer be able to cancel or modify your order.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us at hello@theaevia.co within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and its packaging
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Personalized Products
Each AEVIA product is custom-made specifically for you.
For this reason, personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged simply because you changed your mind, entered incorrect personalization details, selected the wrong size, or provided an incorrect shipping address.
Please double-check all personalization information before completing your purchase.
Sale Items & Gift Cards
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
European Union Customers
If your order is delivered within the European Union, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Where applicable by law, eligible customers may exercise their legal rights in accordance with the consumer protection regulations of their country of residence.
Please note that personalized products are generally exempt from the standard 14-day withdrawal (cooling-off) right under applicable consumer protection laws.
Approved Refunds
Refunds are only issued when:
- Your item arrives damaged;
- Your item is defective;
- You receive the wrong product.
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
